HyperCard
HyperCard changed my tech life in so many ways. It took me from someone who had no interest in computers to someone who uses them every day.
HTML
Messing about with HTML has allowed me much of the same pleasure as HyperCard did. I believe HC in part inspired the web.
It also proves that you do not need a great deal of expertise to get a great deal of fun from something.
